Well Ways Inc. provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services for individuals with special transportation needs. Our goal is to deliver safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation while accommodating each client’s specific requirements. Please note that we are not a healthcare provider and do not offer medical treatment or services during transport.

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically stable and fit to travel. We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare provider to confirm medical readiness and obtain any necessary clearance prior to scheduling transportation. Scheduling: Clients should schedule transportation with sufficient notice to allow appropriate planning and accommodations. Early booking is encouraged to ensure availability and to meet individual needs effectively.

Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms: Full payment for services is required by the day of scheduled pick-up. Right to Refuse Service: Well Ways Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a risk to themselves, other clients, or staff, or who fails to comply with company policies and procedures.

Service Availability: Transportation services are subject to availability. Specific arrival times are not guaranteed. Delays and Missed Appointments: Well Ways Inc. is not responsible for missed appointments or delays caused by insufficient notice, scheduling conflicts, traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Liability: The company is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during transportation, except where required by applicable law.

Vehicles and Drivers: All drivers are professionally trained in First Aid, CPR, Sexual Harassment Awareness, and Defensive Driving. Company vehicles are equipped with dash cameras, fire extinguishers, and GPS tracking systems. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Interiors are cleaned and sanitized after each trip to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
